Trapper John, or “TJ,” as he was affectionally known, was brought into the vet office after finding himself in a live trap. He tested feline immunodeficiency virus (FIV) positive, which can be a death sentence, but his sweet soul prevailed, and he got a second chance with his vet tech, Marla.
He's a very smart, easy going guy that liked to be in charge of the resident dogs. He saw many foster animals come through his doors, and helped train many of them, getting them ready for their new homes.
Resilient TJ knows how to get by without fancy gadgets and the newest gizmos. He’s got some great low-cost, no-cost, DIY, and practical tips to share, to help keep your furry friends happy and healthy. Stay tuned for helpful tidbits with our new feature: TJ's Tips!
