Member Post: Job the Joyous Pomeranian

By Joy Session® | September 22, 2016

Contributed by Kira DeDecker Photography, Glendale, AZ

It’s no secret that I have an affinity for Pomeranians, I have three myself. In fact, the death of my first Pom, Peetie, is what lead me to take photos of terminally ill and elderly pets. So when I was first contacted by Job’s mom and heard that he had bladder cancer, I made sure that I would do everything in my power to memorialize their bond of eight years.

Despite the summer heat, we had an amazing day romping around the Scottsdale area. The last thing anyone wanted to do was dwell on Job's heartbreaking prognosis and made sure he had a day being spoiled with with treats (he absolutely goes crazy for food), pets and love.
